As a soon-to-be buyer, you receive important information about the real estate market in San Francisco as well as an understanding of who we are and what we do for you. This is not some weird teaser marketing gimmick where we give you only some information and then if you choose to work with us we'll give you the rest. We give you everything that you will need to know up front — with no obligation and no sales pressure.
Most people think that this will be a total waste of their time but those that overcome their skepticism invariably find it valuable and are very glad that they came in for the session. If we did, we'd be wasting all of our time.
