We have indicated in various places throughout our website that one of our primary focuses is educating our clients to help guide them to well considered, sound choices. In addition to his law degree and broker's license, Chris is a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and a SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). The former is focused on providing agents the latest updates in marketing, tools, technologies and investment strategies. The latter is geared towards understanding the unique needs and concerns that seniors have, as well as the challenges many face when making major life transitions, and better enabling agents to guide seniors through the complicated and sometimes confusing process of selling their homes and buying new ones.
In addition to her law degree, Karen is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist which means that she has knowledge of and received training on the psycho-dynamics of the affluent, how to effectively market to them to benefit our clients and garner effective results in the upper end of the market.
